Nicoline Soeter is – for a period of two years – the city composer of Tilburg. In close consultation with a wide range of Tilburg residents and organisations, she seeks opportunities to establish a connection between newly composed music and the city’s inhabitants. Nicoline selected a wide variety of 20th and 21st century music for the episodes of this afternoon and next week. The list shows that singing, the human voice, has her particular interest.
If you ask the music makers, composers and musicians in our country, what music should everyone really have heard at least once? The entire interview with Nicoline is available in the podcast Music Makers.
