Recent releases by Paul Haslinger (a member of Tangerine Dream) and Christian Wittman (Lightwave), and from Hiroaki Yamamoto’s album in the ‘Tone Studies’ series on the Driftworks label.
Hilary Jeffery is a Berlin-based artist and trombonist . He is also a member of the Kilimanjaro Darkjazz Ensemble, among many other activities. In his drones, he combines his playing with an oscillator on his self-built ‘tromboscillator’. ‘Katendrecht Spaceport’ was released in 2008 as part of the com.post series by the Rotterdam-based ‘polymorphic production platform’ centre DSPS/De Player. The release is so obscure that it isn’t even mentioned in Jeffery’s discography on Discogs.
