Guy Klucevsek was an odd man out as an accordionist in the American Jazz world. However, during European tours, much to his amazement he found kindred spirits time and again, whom he invariably sought out to possibly “do something” together. Eventually, he gathered four of them around him in the group Accordion Tribe. Of the original members of this illustrious quintet, two have already passed away: Bratko Bibic and Lars Hollmer. It was recently announced that the founder and driving force behind the group has also passed away. In this episode, a tribute to Klucevsek with both solo work and recordings with the ’Tribe’.
