We’ll be featuring the Taksim Trio, a group of friends on clarinet, baglama, and qanun, with roots in three countries: Turkey, the Netherlands, and Canada. The oud trio Joubran plays Palestinian music, blending the musical heritages of Israel, France, and Spain. And finally, jazz saxophonist Toufic Farroukh, with roots in Lebanon and France.
